Htc vacuum provides various materials Oring, the Oring outer diameters are from 1.5mm (0.06”) to 2 meter (6.5 feet), the wire diameters are from 0.8mm (0.03”) to 12mm (0.47”). We accept orders of mass production or small quantity, please email to ec@high-light.com.tw
The Oring with excellent chemical resistance, can be used in the environment where existing acid and alkaline process gases or solutions, and the ammonia cleaning products.
Low moisture permeability, excellent mechanical properties and low permanent deform ratio, the Oring is suitable for static seal and dynamic seal of chemical wet processes (for example, the filter sealing, water exhaust sealing and acid pickling tank sealing). The recommended maximum working temperature for continuous operation is 260˚C.
Volume expansion rate will be considered in many applications. High volume expansion rate could lead to permanent seal failure. Although we need more physical properties to evaluate the Oring for a specify application, but we can take volume expansion rate as the primary index of chemical resistance.
