紛争鉱物(Conflict_Minerals)問題への対応

Htc promises not to use Conflict Minerals which mined in the eastern provinces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and in the adjoining countries, Htc also expects its suppliers to source materials from socially responsible suppliers and refuse to use Conflict Minerals.

The most of Htc’s merchandise are free from 3TG (specifically, Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Gold, also known as 3TG) and Htc doesn’t implement 3TG machining in house. However, Htc is a member of international society , we agree with its position to avoid use of Conflict Minerals and fully supports this legislation of Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act ( H.R. 4173 ).
