Htc’s automatic pressure control software is paired with the APC control system valve, it can easily and quickly be set and monitor the pressure during process, with a friendly operation interface, and multi-language support. The gauge’s pressure feedback and motor control technology can quickly adjust the pressure of the vacuum system’s process, and it completely isolates the vacuum side from the atmosphere side.
It includes a smart learning function, it only needs to be executed once to startup in the new system, these system optimization parameters can be automatically determined. Using this smart learning function, the controller will adapt to different conditions, such as: gas type, or gas flow, to ensure an optimal pressure control at any time.
For the position control mode, the valve plate can be rotated to any position.
Long-distance operation of the valve can be controlled by a host through RS232 and RS485, with logic interface.
