Htc manufacture vacuum elbows for HV / UHV system from 304 series stainless steel vacuum fittings. The vacuum elbows are ideal for use as roughing lines on semiconductor process equipment and for simple HV / UHV chamber ports and pump exhaust lines in semiconductor and high technology vacuum envirnments. Htc vacuum designed to fit standard and customized to your pipe fittings in a variety of sizes for piping line system applications.

Elbows, Tees, and Crosses is available for all of the vacuum chamber fittings, its are used in vacuum pipe systems to connect straight pipe or tubing sections. Materials have 304 and 316 stainless steel. Elbows, tees , crosses and Cube are rigorously tested to UHV standards fittings and are compatible with ISO, CF and KF face seal flanges fittings. Htc vacuum elbows, tees , crosses and Cube are precision machined high and ultrahigh vacuum compatible tube fittings.

Types of Vacuum Fittings

Htc vacuum fittings is a removable piece of flange pipe or tubing that either connects to another piece of flange pipe or tubing or connects two such pieces. Vacuum fittings are used in vacuum chamber system and plumbing operations for different kinds of vacuum fittings, made from various of stainless steel or aluminum materials. The most common types are elbows, tees, crosses and cube.

Elbows

Vacuum elbow typically features a 45-degree or 90-degree bend, are used to change the direction of a vacuum pipe system. Elbows are generally welding vacuum KF, ISO, CF flanges for connectivity. A common example of an elbow fitting in the chamber system is the piece that extends from the vacuum pipe fittings of your chamber to which the pumping processing.

Tees

Vacuum Tee, the names describe the basic design of each: Tee is a type of pipe fitting which is T-shaped having two outlets. Vacuum tee fittings each have one input and two outputs (or vice versa), intersecting at 90 degree angles. The Vacuum Tee designs come in standard designs: one is in which all outlets/inlets are the same diameter and reducing designs: another one is in which one or more is a different size.

Crosses

Vacuum cross fittings have one input and three outputs that intersect at 90 degree angles. Vacuum cross fittings have one input and three or more outputs that intersect at 90 degree angles. Vacuum crosses mainly available in 4-way crosses, 5-way crosses and 6-way crosses standard types. Vacuum cross is used to connect pipelines with a pipe at a varity of angle with the line.

Cube

The CF cubes for Ultra-high vacuum systems from 304 stainless steel material of one piece block and CF flanges pipe cube. Six-way cube cross fittings have one inlet and five outlets and can be used as cross branch lines. Cube cross fittings are commonly used to build vacuum plumbing and vacuum chamber process systems.
