Htc vacuum CF components series for Ultra High Vacuum components

Htc vacuum CF components series used in Ultra High Vacuum(UHV) chamber, UHV vacuum system and UHV vacuum equipment environments. We produce the standard and design innovative UHV products in the vacuum industry.

CF components material have stainless steel 304, Htc vacuum another offers ESR 316LN stainless steel material.

Electro Slag Remelt (ESR) are processes that refine the original cast structure of steels and alloys and removes non-metallic inclusions. 

ESR material advantage:
1. Clean, less steel material, applicable to UHV.
2. Metallographic uniform, low magnetization surname, application in High-end laboratory equipment or process equipment.

Ultra high vacuum parts=UHV parts, are used to connect CF flanges of different sizes and flange fittings.
