Htc vacuum upholds the core values of sustainable management of the business, not only committed to earn profit to repay shareholders and employees, but also hope to gradually enhance the company cultural and upgrade the personnel ability to contribute to society. In recent years, Htc practices the 2.5 grade talent concepts and the TOC (Theory Of Constrain) production project. We want our customers can get a complete vacuum solution like one stop shopping, without the need to link through a number of interfaces, such as design, manufacturing and maintenance of different suppliers, customers save a lot of communication and sourcing time, this business model also reduce the operating costs of customers. The TOC theory performed in the factory, reducing the waiting time of the WIP (Work In Process) goods, but also reduces the amount of finished goods inventory, so the entire manufacturing process is more efficient and more effective with the principles of green production.
The employees of production department have donating certain amount of money to Child Fund every month since 2002, this activity is still proceeding even the employees come and leave the company.
In the New Year and holidays Htc colleagues will serve as volunteers, visit the nursing home or orphanage in the city, to help environmental organizing, group and recreational activities as well as to raise supplies, money donations and other activities. Htc employees are also actively involved in the annual blood donation activities, sports competition of labor in Tainan city, through the activities participation and experiments sharing to improve the relationship of enterprise and the community.
We want to bring the concept of corporate social responsibility among all our colleagues internalized into the work and life, but also look forward to receiving the positive feedback from our employees to confirm that we did the right thing.
