PF80V FK5 Perfluoroelastomer O'ring
FP80V will have cross-link reaction with other reactors when the peroxide is taken as the cross-link agent.
FP80V FK5 is good for resisting the following substances:
- Alkali
- ATF fluid
- High temperature steam
- Amine group fluid
- High PH value fluid
- ITO wet process
- Touch panel processes
Alkali-resistant, new structure of fluoroelastomer, for touch panel wet processes.
PF80V FK5 No roller mark fluoroelastomer series can resist many kinds of etchants (ex. Corrosive oil, ammonia solution, alkali and alkali vapor). There are several different way to install FP80V.
PF80V FK5 could be extruded, injected and pressed to form the valve shaft seal pieces, such as Oring, gasket or any chemical-resistant parts.
PF80V FK5 No roller mark fluoroelastomer series is able to be vulcanized or compounded with other fluoroelastomer as well.
Normally we use double-roller compounding machine or internal rubber mixer to compound the materials.
After compounding and a series processes, we can produce the rubber hose or rubber pipe. We can also produce rubber sheet and rubber strip with a rubber-flat press.
