The D vacuum chamber features a cube design with stainless steel material construction. The three type of sizes model: 40L, 156L, 1071L.
There are several ports on the chamber for difference applications. The chamber body with a door design and pump down, vacuum gauge, venting ports. However, you can change the quantity, size, type and location of the ports according to your requirement and feedback to us.
Surface treatment can choose sanded or electrolytic polishing.
When we receive you feedback with specified material and surface treatment, we will send you a concept drawing and an estimated cost for your reference.
The Schematic drawing base can quickly increase or decrease your demand to shorten the communication and manufacturing time.

D shape vacuum chamber
Htc vacuum is custom D shape vacuum chambers and D shape vacuum chamber modified on the vacuum system equipment.
The standard D-shape vacuum chamber design, featuring a semicircular back and rectangular chamber of door. The D-shape chamber has a distinctive D-shape when viewed from above or side and the chamber ports quantity and size for customer request. The vacuum chamber body is made from 304L stainless steel, and surface treatment scotch polished or sandblasting. The chamber door is available with a captured Viton® O-ring for a high vacuum seal and offers a quick opening door with complete access to the complete chamber interior.
D-shape chamber is making it appropriate for high vacuum applications including substrate rotation during deposition, the cylindrical rear section of the D creates no serious dimensional restrictions.
